
ORDER OF DELIGHTFUL GIFT AND MUFFIN BOX 4 - SET OF 4
Good afternoon to you and your management staff! Happy New Year 2022. Wishing you guys all the best throughout the year, stay healthy and stay safe. I, Ms Loh refers to my Order no.19734 dated 21 December 2021 (order was made on 16 December 2021). This was my first experience order Christmas Gifts (Delightful Gift, Muffin Box 4 - Set of 4 and Gift Card - Christmas) online through your company/website. On 21.12.2020, my GP has called and thank me for the Christmas gifts of which he has received from “The Jelly Hearts”, he was so surprised and happy. He has told me the gifts looked so pretty. He has even asked me where did I order the jellies from? It were delicious and not sweet, he has shared with his staffs, and they loved it too. I was delighted to hear that he liked it. I have mentioned to him that I have ordered Muffins for him too. He has replied to me that there wasn’t any Muffins??? I was puzzled. He has forwarded the photos of the “8 Piece Gift Box - Christmas Sleeve” which he has received. To my surprise, it was not the gift which I have ordered online. An hour later, Ms Jeanette has called and mentioned to me that she has delivered the gifts to my GP by mistake. When I heard about it, I was angry, and this incident has made me such an embarrass position. During the tele-conversation with Ms Jeanette, she wanted to exchange the correct gift from the clinic. I told Ms Jeanette that my GP and his staffs have already eaten the jellies, how to exchange and do I need to make any extra payment for it. She mentioned to me, she will try her best to discuss with her boss on how they are going to resolve the matter. At last, Ms Jeanette has tried her best in her running time to exchange the correct gifts which I have ordered and delivered it to my GP within an hour. She again told me that I do not need to make any extra payment for the jellies which my GP and his staffs have already eaten. Many thanks for her help and I am appreciated. I knew that during festive seasons, HQ office, stores and deliverymen were very tight down. I hope they will take it as an experience and do not make mistakes in future. Thank You very much.
