This Scratch and SURE Win card (“Scratch Card”) promotion is organised by TheJellyHearts Pte Ltd (“TJH”) and shall be valid while stock lasts.
By participating in the Scratch Card, participants agree to be bound by and to comply with these terms and conditions and any amendments, additions, replacements, variations and modifications by TJH (“Amendments”), which shall be final and binding. Any Amendments will be posted on this webpage: https://www.thejellyhearts.com/pages/scratchandwinterms.
Employees of TJH and TJH’s partners and/or sponsors for the Scratch Card (if applicable), and their immediate family members (including spouses, children, parents and siblings) are not eligible to participate in the Scratch Card.
TJH reserves the right, at any time in its sole and absolute discretion, to substitute, withdraw, add to or alter any of the prizes offered without notice to the participants.
Participants must be legal residents of Singapore.
Participants below the age of 18 years must seek parental consent before participating in the Scratch Card.
Personal data submitted shall be used to communicate with the participant for purposes related to the Scratch Card only.
Participants shall not, without the prior written approval of TJH, speak to the press or any other media nor give any interviews or comments relating to the Scratch Card.
TJH, and TJH’s partners and/or sponsors for the Scratch Card (if applicable) shall not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect or consequential loss), damage, personal injury or death in connection with the Scratch Card, or any prize, except any liability that cannot be excluded by law (in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law). If applicable, all warranty claims with regards to a prize should be directed to the applicable manufacturer. Except to the extent that they may not be excluded by law, no representations, warranties, terms or conditions that are not expressly stated in these terms and conditions apply to this Scratch Card nor in respect of the prizes and all implied warranties are excluded, including but not limited to, the implied warranties of satisfactory quality, merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose of any of the prizes.

Vouchers and prizes are not transferable or exchangeable for cash. TJH accepts no responsibility for any tax or other liability that may arise from the prize winnings. Prizes are subject to availability and TJH has the right to substitute any prize for a comparable prize of equal or greater value to be awarded in lieu, subject to any applicable law.
The Vouchers and prizes are not refundable and cannot be replaced if lost, damaged or expired.
TJH reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice to participants.

Thank you for choosing TheJellyHearts, by making payment, you are deemed to have read, understood, and accepted the following terms.

T&Cs for the Covid-19 Period (supersedes the original T&Cs)

In compliance with MOM regulation, we are operating with reduced manpower and business restriction, PLEASE kindly take note of the below Covid-19 T&Cs before you place your order online.

No refund for any cancellation of all confirmed orders after it is placed. This supersedes the original T&Cs.
Discount codes may not be applied or reimbursed in the form of a partial refund once the order has been placed
Any amendments including change of date, delivery & billing address, recipient name, purchaser name, and cake design for all confirmed orders, are subject to an administrative fee of $10.70 or 5% of the total amount (whichever is higher), subject to availability for change. This supersedes the original T&Cs.
Any amendments 3 days before the delivery/collection date are not allowed.
All confirmed orders for delivery service will not be able to change to self-collection mode. This supersedes the original T&Cs.
All special messages request on the comment box will be ignored if you did not purchase an ADD-ON Customised card in your order.
In the event that there is no recipient or anyone at home/office to receive the cakes, the delivery will still be considered as delivered. No refunds will be made. Re-delivery will incur additional charges. Cakes will be sent back to the store and discard after 3 days.
Refusal to accept item/s by the recipient will still be considered as delivered. No refunds will be made.
Re-delivery due to a wrong address provided or non-availability of the recipient will incur re-delivery charges.
NOTE: Cakes will not be replaced for re-deliveries.
Cakes must be checked and shall be deemed accepted if no errors/discrepancies are raised immediately upon delivery. TheJellyHearts Pte Ltd reserves the right not to entertain any further complaints thereafter due to the perishable nature of our products.

CAKE DESIGN

Images shown on our website are for illustrative purposes only. There might be slight variations to the design and/or colour of the cakes.
For hand-drawn customised cakes, we will try our best to follow the given design as closely as possible. We will make the necessary changes to the colour and details of the design if needed.

CANCELLATION OR AMENDMENTS

Cancellation charge of 50% will be imposed for all payment modes. The refund will be payable using the same payment mode it was processed. Any amendments are subject to an administrative fees.
Cancellations 3 days before the delivery/collection date are not refundable.
No amendments are allowed 3 days before the delivery/collection date
